REHTEK Supplier Purchasing Terms and Conditions Rev B
All Terms & Conditions Apply Unless Otherwise Noted by REHTEK Machine Co. on Purchase Order
2. All special processes required by this PO must be performed by qualified personnel.
3. Our organization reserves the right to review and approve the Supplier’s Quality Management System. Standard QMS.
4. DFAR’s Clause 252.225 7008/7009 Compliant Raw Material Melted and Produced in The United States Or Qualifying Country in accordance with 225.003(10) or by interpretation of the definition of SPECIALTY METALS as referenced in this clause
5. Raw Materials used are not mined or processed by the Democratic Republic of the Conco(DRC) or an adjoining country and are in conformance with Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010
Requirements Include:
• Suppliers providing special processing must maintain a system for validating processes.
• Customer Directed sources must operate in accordance with approved specifications and standards as dictated and controlled by the customer in question.
• Suppliers initially approved for use via Certification (ISO9001, AS9100, ISO17025, AS9120, etc.) must notify our organization of any changes to that certification.
6. The Supplier shall maintain the proper identification and revision status of specifications, drawings, process requirements, inspection/verification instructions and other relevant technical data. Unless noted otherwise on Purchase Order, the latest level is to be used.
7. Rehtek reserves the right to approve or specify any designs, tests, inspection plans, verifications, use of statistical techniques for product acceptance, and any applicable critical items including key characteristics.
8. The Supplier is required to:
• Notify Rehtek of non-conforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition.
• Flow down to the supply chain all applicable requirements, including customer requirements.
• Capture and report all Counterfeit parts.
9. Supplier is expected to:
• Be aware of their contribution to product or service conformity.
• Be aware of their contribution to product safety.
• Be aware of the importance of Ethical Behavior.
10. Right of access by Rehtek., our customer and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at all level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records.
11. All vendor providing Calibration Services must:
• Maintain Certification to ISO17025 (or equivalent)
• Provide reporting of “As Found” and ”As Left” status if the item is found in within tolerance/spec
• Identify Calibration Standards used.
• Utilize Calibration Standard traceable to NIST.
12. All Suppliers are being Graded, we monitor Supplier Performance and will notify Suppliers if they fall below acceptable standards.
13. If there is a discrepancy with Quantity Supplied or Returned please notify ASAP
14. Records and requirements shall be retained for a period of 10 years and disposition to be rendered unsable
after 10 years.
15. By doing business with Rehtek Machine Co. you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
